
Michelin-Starred Chef Ettore Botrini is set to step up to the pass in a new Greek and Corfiot restaurant opening this summer at the Sentido Apollo Palace Hotel in Corfu.
Greek-Italian, multi-lingual Ettore Botrini grew up on the island of Corfu and was inspired to become a chef by his father’s love of cooking. He gained experience in three Michelin star-rated restaurants in France and Spain and has worked alongside some of the world’s most talented chefs. Botrini is involved in a series of celebrated gastronomic projects, including being the Chef-Patron of two restaurants: Botrinis and Etrusco restaurant in Corfu, named after his father, one of the most historic restaurants in Greece.

The new restaurant at the Sentido Apollo Palace will showcase Chef Ettore Botrini’s flair and skill in creating the authentic flavours of Corfu and Greece. The menu will be based on culinary excellence and infused with Botrini’s creative approach. He plans to work with carefully selected ingredients, including local herbs and produce, delivering a dining experience that celebrates the best of Greek gastronomy. Diners will be able to enjoy a culinary adventure which highlights the rich traditions of Corfiot and Greek food in a magical setting.
