A lovley plot of land, with west coast sea views, located in the desirable area of Erimitis.
The land is situated among the olive groves and is approached via a rough track road.
Upon arriving at the land, one of the most striking features is the complete tranquillity. The only sound is that of the birds, bees and the breezethrough the trees.
En route to the land, you pass a couple of existing properties and only one small single-storey property is nearby, located behind the land.
There are a number of trees, including olives, cypress and oak, which add to the feeling of privacy and seclusion.
The entrance to the land is flat. It rises gently on one side, from where there are views of the sea to the southwest.
The land slopes gradually down on the other side to a wooded area.
The change in height of the land is relatively gradual and throughout the plot there are some traditional stone-built wall terracing.
Close to the land is a path that takes you down to the beautiful Erimitis beach, backed by massive limestone cliffs, an excellent place from which to enjoy magnificent sunsets.
The land is approximately 1km from the village of Magazia, which has a good supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and traditional Greek kafenion.
